Choose the matching target
Suppose you choose a target of 250 matching refill bags and already hold 20 usable matching bags. This is your selected stock target,not a recommended reserve or a prediction of walk frequency. The selected Handicentre offer contains 120 bags in 8 rolls of 15.
Subtract usable matching bags
The additional requirement is 230 bags. Two complete packs add 240 bags,giving 260 in stock and 10 above the chosen target. A 1.9167 pack purchase is not assumed to be offered. The tool retains that surplus rather than reporting a fractional retail pack.
Round to complete packs
If you count whole packs instead,both target and held fields must count packs. Handle bags or a different roll format do not automatically count as matching simply because they also total 120. Unknown piece counts and days-of-use requests are refused.
Read the surplus and supply limits
If usable held stock already exceeds the target,the additional purchase is zero. Large targets still need actual supplier limits and availability. The arithmetic does not reserve stock,predict a replacement date or certify a dispenser match. Your chosen count remains separate from animal-use and physical-performance questions.
Apply the distinction to a purchase
For pads,a separate example of 60 matchingpadstargeted with 10 held and 25 perpack requires two wholepacks,adds 50 and ends at 60. Bag stock does not satisfy that separate pad requirement.
